Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: August 2026

Your privacy matters. This page explains your right — under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws — to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and how to submit a request to Legal Bridge Litigation Group.

1. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

Legal Bridge Litigation Group does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Any personal information we collect is used to respond to your inquiry, provide legal and account services, and meet legal obligations — as described in our Privacy Policy.

Because we do not sell or share personal information in this way, there is no sale to opt out of. However, we honor all applicable privacy rights requests as described below.

2. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to request that we:

  • Confirm whether we hold personal information about you;
  • Provide access to or a copy of your personal information;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Opt out of any future sale or sharing of personal information, should our practices change; and
  • Not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Please note that certain information must be retained to comply with legal, court, and professional record-keeping obligations, and attorney–client and litigation materials may be exempt from some requests.

3. How to Submit a Request

To submit an opt-out, access, correction, or deletion request:

Please include your full name, the email address or phone number associated with your inquiry or account, and a description of the request. We may need to verify your identity before processing, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

You may also use our contact form and note "Privacy Rights Request" in your message.

4. Authorized Agents

Where permitted by law, you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require written proof of the agent's authorization and verification of your identity before processing an agent-submitted request.
